  3. The Customer undertakes to use the store in accordance with applicable laws and good practices.

§4 Payment and Delivery

  1. The Customer can choose available payment methods: bank transfer, quick online payments, cash on delivery (if available).
  2. The delivery cost is indicated during the order placement and depends on the selected shipping method.
  3. Goods are shipped within 2 business days from the payment being credited.

§5 Right of Withdrawal from the Contract

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, submit an appropriate statement (the form is available in the "Returns" tab) and return the goods to the store's address.
  3. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

§6 Complaints

  2. The complaint should include name and surname, order number, description of the problem, and photo (if applicable).
  3. The store processes the complaint within 14 days of receipt.
