Returns policy

If you want to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product in exchange for a store credit, exchange it for another product, or receive a refund to your original payment method.

Please familiarize yourself with the exceptions to our returns and complaints policy:

  • Discounted products are subject to the final sale policy and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • Products must not show signs of use or damage.
  • Products must not be opened.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@animesupplements.com with your order confirmation, indicating the products you want to return.
  2. Print the return label you receive via email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the provided label.

Damaged/defective products:

For products that are defective or damaged, please send an email to support@animesupplements.com adding as much information about the problem as possible and photos (if applicable).
